My name is ABC. We live in Central
Illinois . I had a Complex pregnancy with my daughter which
is now eight years old. In short, my water broke at just 18 wks. but she was
not born for another 13 wks. XYZ was born at almost 31 wks., our total
hospital stay was 7 months. Since then she has remained on oxygen and has a
poor immune system... She was diagnosed with Autism 2 yrs. ago at Mayo
Clinic. XYZ can walk, talk, is potty trained, but needs constant support
with EVERY TASK. Her endurance is poor and being able to talk does not
mean communicate. She is not social and will not play typically. She is very
