Dear Dr. Do,  My name is ABC from Australia.  Our family migrated to Australia from Vietnam 8 years ago. We have 2 sons, one is 14 and he is doing fine however the younger one has autism.  Before he did not speak at all and his behaviour was really bad and aggressive.  He is now going to special school for autism and weekly he has 30 minute speech pathology section.  After 8 years, he has been improving a lot.  Now he can feed himself and toilet, he can read (just read out with limited understanding), he can ask for what wants.  Weeks ago he could start ride bike.  However, he is still totally autistic with bad behaviours such as he keeps talking about same things, thinking about something and laughing, asking for things he wants although that is impossible... I have just been referred to your website and we have gone through all clips posted there.  We are really excited and interested in you method and hope that it could help my son, although he is turning 12 this year.  I would appreciate if you could advise us where we should start or the detail of step by step as we would like to start the treatment as soon as possible.  Can I contact you by telephone to discuss further?  If yes, please advise the best time to call you.  If you require further information please let me know.  Thank you very much for your attention.  Best regards.  p/s It is easier for me to communicate in Vietnamese but English is fine.

Trả lời:  Rất tiếc là phải tốn 8 năm mới có một chút tiến bộ nhưng vẩn là tự kỷ.  Tôi không phải nói hay nhưng nếu lo chữa trị cho các em tự kỷ thật là sớm thì có thể trở thành bình thường trong 2 đến 4 năm.  Những trường lớp đặc biệt dành cho các em tự kỷ không có mục đích nhằm chữa bệnh nên khi đưa các em đến đó thì không nên mong là có vấn đề hết bệnh sảy ra.  Dĩ nhiên là cũng có một số nhỏ trong các em tự kỷ có thể trở thành bình thường, nhưng bệnh tự kỷ cũng có thể tự hết nếu sức khỏe toàn diện của các em tự kỷ được tốt hơn theo thời gian.  Tai hại của sự đi học nơi các trường đặc biệt là các em tự kỷ sẽ dần dần mất đi khả năng tự điều kiềm chế bản thân, chẳng hạn như khóc cười bất bình thường và nhiều thứ khác…Nếu anh nghĩ còn nước còn tát thì nên gọi phone cho tôi càng sớm càng tốt.  Cám ơn anh đã liên lạc.
